Gas Log Service:

Gas log service includes Cleaning logs, burner, pilot assembly, and glass if equipped. Checking operations/condition of all switches and remote systems. $189.00

•       If a unit is not working in addition to regular gas log service, we go through and troubleshoot to figure out what the issue is and most times we have parts needed to get working. Pilots for LP or NG starting at $165.00 installed. If there are other issues we can price them as well.

•       Hook up gas logs in the fireplace with existing gas line (approx. 1 hour. If it takes longer, additional charges may apply):

If logs purchased from us: $189 + parts if needed, to install. This includes two return calls within the first 90 days if any adjustments are needed (parts are still extra if parts are needed).

If logs provided by you: $275 + parts if needed, to install and includes one return call within the first 60 days if any adjustments are needed (parts are still extra if parts are needed). Additional callbacks are regular service fee of $189.

•       Remove gas logs in the fireplace and cap line, $125 + parts to cap off the gas line if needed.

•       Install remotes on some models if properly equipped. Please ask for more info if interested.

•       Pilot lighting ONLY of Gas Logs is $69 during normal business hours

Gas Log inspection only $95. 

Gas Log Products: 

We sell gas log sets, both vented and vent-free, that are made in the USA and are of excellent quality. For vent-free gas log sets, visit GardnerMarsh.com. We are especially fond of the Heatmaster brand, as they are made here in Angier, NC. Our other supplier is BAC Fireside, SweepsAmerica.com (login: user=guest, password=chimneyk18), and they have both vented and vent-free gas logs. In addition, we can supply you with blowers, remote controls (both on/off or thermostat-controlled if you have a remote-ready set of logs), or most items for your logs. We are set up to do service on most gas logs and direct-vent type units. Call us to find out more  919-772-8110.

Please note: We are not able to run the gas line from outside into your firebox or house. Google gas piping, and get at least two estimates. Either the gas company or a licensed plumber can do that for you. Once the line is into your firebox, we can install, service, and uninstall gas logs.
